Is it a family park
Space rent is currently $552.00/mont. About $10.00/month raise once a year. It's very quiet, well maintained. I looked at other parks and no comparison.
I'd like to say around $600. Managers are really nice people. Call them. I looked all around the Y.C.area. My opinion is this is probably the best park.
