Why does my credit card statement say "stone l'oven"? Also, my amex "in the neighborhood" feature calls this place "stone l'oven". What gives?

The company was called 'Stone L'oven' before, and in 2016 the restaurant changed names to become Simply Divine

If they changed names 2 years ago, why does it still show up as the old name on credit cards? This is confusing to us that are unaware of a name change. I almost diputed the charge on my card because I didn't recognize it.
