I've had several prescriptions filled here over 5 years. I've never had a problem with this place. And that's with 4 different family members filling at different times.
Horrible!!! I switched to Walgreens because they either refused to fill my meds or wouldn't tell me they needed to be ordered and wouldn't be in for several weeks.
Yes, they are the worst pharmacy I have ever been to my entire life. I'm about done with them. Always late, take weeks unless you go in to get your prescription then they tell you it's not ready and have you wait 20 -30 minutes. What the hell is the point of calling it in if they aren't going to fill it until you get there? I just got time last minute to pick up my order and they already put it back early and had to refill it.
Yes some times I have to stay on them to get my Rxs in a reasonable time. They don't do follow ups if something happens and your insurance doesn't cover it the will remove the item, then "loose" the Rx document, even though they scan those immediately into the system. I stopped using them I go to Antelope & Roseville Rd. for pharmacy requests now.
