I didn't ask for my money back, I love and still got my baby,,she's three years old now,,,I had her since she was three months; far as I'm concerned this is the best place ever to get a puppy. All the money in the world couldn't replace my baby( Bougie). The best and smartest Pomeranian ever born.
Why would you need to return your money in full? They said they only give you your money back if the vet determines your pup has an illness. Than your options are money back, new puppy, or treatment for puppy at their vet clinic. I got my first pup 15 years ago hes still alive and just got a new puppy on Thursday
