Hello Veronica, Typically, the turnaround for dentures are around 2-4 weeks depending on if you like the fit and if things need to be corrected. We always want make sure you are happy with the final product. Temporary dentures are offered as well while you wait for your permanent dentures to come in.

I'm not sure about full dentures, but turnaround on crowns is usually a little over a week. The crowns I've had done with them are good fit/quality too, and they won't hesitate to make corrections (or even replacements) if it's not perfect. For a more accurate idea of turnaround time on dentures I'd suggest calling them directly. EDIT: Gentle Dental answered this directly, so their answer is obviously the most correct. Leaving my answer though, for anyone wondering about turnaround time on crowns :)

They offer temporary dentures in a few days and then permanent dentures after that. I don't think they have "immediate" dentures but rather permanent dentures that will last a long time. Give the office a call and they can shed more light.
