You could barely keep the Kroger brand orange juice in stock when it was loadable from within the walk in cooler w/larger amount of shelf space. How is moving it to a location that cannot be quickly loaded, with a fraction of shelf space better?

I totally agree with you. I only use the Richmond Hill kroger but I agree with you on the same level. Now they are turning the store around yet again and I have to be there for longer than I want to just to find one or two items I need. I still love that kroger though. I just wish they would stop changing the store around every six months.

If I was intersted in another product, I can and would do so irrespective of their desire to point me in any particular direction..instead this move is alienating a long time customer. I shouldn't have to regularly attempt to locate a dairy dept employee just so I can purchase my orange juice. I could see if it was necessary once in a great while..but it's become nearly a weekly nuisance

Stores do that in hopes you will become familiar with other products available.
