The local stores here are not doing any of the online orders. I guess due to Florence which didn't effect us here and was able to add items to cart from what's in stock. However, when going to reserve time slot for Pickup it says its unavailable for next seven days which not allowing to reserve time then. I called my store and was told they are not doing any online orders until the 25th. I can understand not before when on Mandatory Evacuation but not for this week/weekend too. It should state that on the site instead of letting you to go about your order showing what's in stock and what's out to complete order.
If you haven't already placed an online order before, you might be missing something on your profile. Or if you've already ordered something before this could be a special order but you have to pay up front
