I made an accident report. They were very unsympathetic. The cart an employee was pushing rammed me in the back of my leg causing severe bruising. I just thought they would call and be concerned so I wouldn't have to contact an attorney. My injury is still so sore. Since the Hurricane came my doctor is out until next week.
I cannot give you advice other than to seek an attorney. I am not one and can't give you that kind of advice.
Depends on the serious of the injury. Is it a stub toe or a broken bone. Plenry of ppl looking for a quick buck. Might be paying more in legal fees than what its really worth. Have to decide for yourself on that one.
