Other charitable organizations have pick-up services. It depends on where you live. Nspire might come out.
You can only go down to goodwill and donate but they will not come to you ro pick up the donations
No but you can donate the things to the kidney foundation. They will come by and pick up the items.
Goodwill isn't set up to do home pick ups. You'd have to get the items to one of their donation centers.
