i was there to get my license renewed..i was there around 4pm got out after 30 mins..thought it was busy it was a thurs..
It depends on the number of people. I've been twice. Once I waited about 30 min, the other (most recent), 10 min (but I did have all my paper work ready in advance and filled out an online application prior to visit).
