I would call them. They do keep them in a secure place. You need to make sure you have ID.
Call the store or go to the store and ask them. If not, cancel the card and have it replaced by the bank.
I would tell you to call the store and ask them for the management so you may be able to ask them. If the answer is no then call the bank and have the card replaced asap
