Call them and ask. I'm fairly sure that broiled Seafood is gluten free since there is no breading.
I don't know for sure...there are diverse options....but a lot of people really don't understand what gluten is. My mama self diagnosed herself gluten intolerant and it was not substantiated by any of her Healthcare professionals when testing was actually done. Give them a call...not sure if they would be certain.
