No they do not usually... Sometimes on weekends and other days they will have shelters come in, like Dakin Animal Shelter or others, and they bring some of their dogs to try to get homes... Other then that NO they dog not carry puppies or kittens... Say no to puppy and kitten Mills!!! Look online for a shelter that gets abandoned puppies from down south, that way you get a puppy and help with animal control down south, and don't help contribute to puppy torcher Mills all at the same time.. That's what I did!!
