If you mean buy tickets, yeah. It's pay what you wish. However, I'm not sure if it's a general price for everyone or just NYC residents.

Pay-what-you-wish General Admission is available at the ticket counter inside the Museum, at all times. This includes admission to the permanent collection and the Rose Center for Earth and Space. For special exhibitions, films and Space Show, full-price admission (General Admission + One, or General Admission + All) are required.
