It's free will for NY CT and NJ citizens. For everyone else it's 23 dollars

If you are a New York resident, then you can up for a 'you pay what you wish' for a regular ticket that not includes special activities. You will have to show that you live in NY. I went with my kid and pay $20 + the additional interaction.
