No,i never made appointments for oil changes. But that means you may have a longer wait too. And i would not pull in there at 4:30pm either. I always went in the mornings👍
A service appointment is not required however we do recommend giving us a call beforehand to see how busy we might be for a given day. You can also schedule an appointment at your convenience on our website for a date and time that fits your schedule.
