Yes it's open , I haven't had problem getting through , maybe busy on Friday night ,
Yes, it is open if you call during their normal business hours. Sometimes, it is just hard to get through. During superbowl, we had to continuously keep calling for 45 minutes before we got through. I honestly believed, they were so busy, they just unplugged the phone. Eventually, we got through. So, if you experience this, I understand your frustration, but believe me when I say it is worth the hassle if you want good Asian food.
They have multiple phone lines , but at peak times they get totally jammed up !!
