YES, Best Western in Caldwell, OH IS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. YES, Best Western in Caldwell, OH DOES HAVE A LIFT FOR THE POOL. However, this location DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. ( I know on multiple websites that lists a hot tub, however they do not have one.)
By law, all hotels must be handicapped assesable, rather or not a handicapped room is available, one should call ahead to request a handicapped room and reserve room to be sure it's available. To drive up without a prior reservation will not guarantee a handicapped room would be available. I know this from my experience serving as a General Manager in the hotel induatry.
