What are the hours that you can sign up for membership at the sanctuary instead of doing it online? How's the parking?

Jeff we have an open house today noon to 3pm, you can sign up and receive your key. It's the only time you can sign up at the sanctuary. If you can't make it Online is secure if you prefer you can mail it. There's plenty of parking though today will see more cars than usual.
