We were there Saturday for first time.When we came out I noticed there were still dirty places all on the lower side of our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The bottom part was not clean at all. Is there a diff wash we shld choose to clean thoroughly?

Happened to me a few times, just tell a employee and they will wash it again for you free of charge

No. The quality of the wash has lessened over the past couple of years. Not sure why. Maybe equipment use and number of washes and lack of upkeep. Many individuals I know that have used them have stated the same issues.
