I would just like to say that as far as tires go and for people living in New England. The road hazard warranty is most definitely not a scam. There's potholes everywhere and there isn't normally any kind of substantial warranty on tires whether manufacturers or the store they were bought from. Road hazard may start to pro rate after the tires begin to wear down. But if you blow a tire or get a giant peice of metal that can't b fixed would u rather have to buy a new tire at full price or get a new tire possibly free if not free at q pretty substantial discount. If it's available I always purchase the road hazard. I've been a auto tech and in th auto industry as a whole since I was 17(which makes 22 years now) so if I'm telling you it isn't a scam it's a very useful thing to have especially here in New England.
I think you are better off trying to get in contact with them. They can better assist you in this matter as this situation does not commonly occur
