According to an April 12, 2020, episode of 60 Minutes, the church is tentatively scheduled to be finished and open by the 20th anniversary of attacks on the World Trade Center: Sept.11, 2021.
From what I've heard, it sounds like they're estimating its completion in about 1.5 - 2 years.
