Luzurne county c&y is doing the same thing to my sonand grandson my son even has court order visitation and shared custody. We were told they had 72hours to let him know about his visiation,but haven't. We are going to keep jerking they chain until they cooperate or we will be letting the master know that they are viiolating the court ordered visitation
