Are the restrooms open to the public? Or arethey only forthose who rent the Pavilion?

There are restrooms at the park, the building next to the kids play area is 2 restrooms, they open and close every day for park open hours.. the pavilion also has bathrooms but they are locked unless someone is renting it out.. bring toilet paper though it is not always there

Those 2 are currently closed/out of order.
