Yes, they have gone back on their policy retroactively changing the guarantee that was in place when you purchased the items. I wonder if all these "people are abusing the system so it's cool" people would be on board for that excuse for cars that were under warranty being refused service because "too many people were bringing them back for problems within 3 years". I mean come on, do you really expect a car to last more than three years? Stop consumer scum.
Yes. People are theives. They return old merchandise to get new. That drives the prices up for the honest people. I am glad they changed their policy.
