Yes ,the ones along the beach and on the way in, i believe its first come- first serve ,so be there early enough to grab a spot!

Grills are useless, they should remove them completely as well as remove it from description as you are not allowed to bring ANYTHING in anymore. No food. No drink
Picnic tables are free buy not sure about grills. I know there is an area where you can set up your own grill (small one).

I have not seen any public picnic tables while attending concerts. Mostly tailgating as the campground is for self contained units only no tents allowed.
