What kind of shore fishing is good this time of year and how heavy of tackle would be suggested

Right now a red drums black drums sheep heads they're running thick I would use 20 lb test line fiddler crabs alive shrimp what is sheep heads for the drums the red ones Frozen finger mullet for the black drums shrimp is good if you can get live shrimps that would be better for this haven't you got a hold of you about you
