good question. besides handicapped people, a large portion of McDonald's customers are parents with young children in strollers, car seats, etc. you would think that they would have put in at least a button. it would benefit not handicapped people as well as others. too cheap to do it i guess
They have not put a button because they forgot.
That's actually a good question. I sent to McDonalds that same question and never received a response.
