Have a line of people to get subs, the oldest lady possible doing them all alone and 4 people standing around doing nothing in deli, seriously?!

I use to work at publix deli when that would happen to me I used to tell the manager. Now that I'm a customer I still address it to the manager . The store manager works even better.

I agree, the kid's working there have no work ethic. They need to be replaced by older, mature retired & responsible people who appreciate working, & understand the priviledge of earning your daily bread, vs just texting all day, thinking all is owed to them! Sad! Very sad!
