Is your seafood local or received bulk frozen

Don't know, but the food is always good.

Olive Garden has their seafood delivered by U.S.Foods, and it is delivered frozen.

They are a chain restaurant. Why would their seafood be local. If that is what you want, you have to go to a local privately owned type of place to get fresh catch type of stuff.
