I don't have my birthcertifciate what else can I use to get passport?

As a us citizen use your expired passport to apply if not go to city hall with drivers license or any other Id and apply for your birth certificate then apply for your passport

You will need your birth certificate. If anything call your local post office and ask or Google it.
