They have a demonstrator who shows how to make a particular dish, but it's not interactive. Its called Aprons, and they also have free recipe cards at the Aprons station that you can take when you want them. This area is located usually on the front end of Aisle 1, near the deli. Ask customer service when they will be doing the demonstrations You also get free samples to try. This is my favorite Publix.
No it doesn't the only other one that does is the Publix in Tallahassee.
They have a person that makes recipes. Not actual cooking classes that I'm aware of.
