The pizza is great but the lady at the front does not have a good costumer service horrible she does not ask you if you could please she will put u on hold and than leaves their and than she hung up and disconnect the line to a busy ring tong

The pizza and the atmosphere is great...and yes it's very busy because of the great work you guys do especially on Fridays. Perhaps an online ordering app?...as a working dad always on the go I'll to experiencing the long wait time on the phone never got hung up on but did arrive b4 I got on the phone but I understand both sides...keep up the good work guys Faithful Fan

Kiara, I go to New York pizza about 2 or 3 times a month. Their food is great, and because it's great food this would be the reason why they become very busy. Perhaps with just a bit more patients and understanding, it's well worth the wait. Signed...a well satisfied customer. Enjoy

I’m so sorry... I will address that. It’s unfortunately a work in progress. We’ve been very busy and have been a bit short handed. It’s not a good excuse but I am working at correcting these issues. Customer service is my top priority it’s very maddening to me when it’s not always achieved.
