I do not represent the location at all but, I know of people that are severly allergic to dogs and can't be close to one. Maybe not to encounter confrontation with others? Lots of people also want dogs far from their food. I am sorry this happened to you.
Emotional support dogs do not have the same rights and privileges as officially registered Service Dogs.
It is against the law for the restaurant to refuse me the dog that I have does not have hair she has fur she is an allergy free dog she's a small dog and when I go to restaurants she goes into a stroller which is sealed this way she can still have contact with me I do not bring the dog close to the food we sit at the table and I have a friend that watches the dog so I could go get something to eat and come directly back to the table or I stay with her and somebody gets to food for me I have reported this to the proper authorities I will never return to that place because of the way I was treated You cannot be allergic to my service dog. I will never go there and I will never recommend this place ever
There is no nationally accepted license for a service animal. Legally they are allowed to ask you 2 questions, does the animal provide a service, and what service does the animal provide
If it is a service dog they cannot refuse you entry it's against federal law to do so. File a complaint through the ADA and they will get a warning and education after that they start racking up fines.
Probably because you would be around food .
Aww
