I know they use coconut in their products, I recommend contacting them directly to find out about coconut cornstarch specifically.
Former employee- they use potato and I believe tapioca starch. They also use coconut oil and milk in pretty much everything and everything will be cross contaminated with coconut since FOH staff are not food certified
