I just had the absolute worst experience. I told the young lady my cone was wrong and she said "I don't want to hear it" what a brat. Anastasia is the rudest little lady I've ever ran across. I will NEVER be back.

I had the best experience here and my friends, who are regulars, have never had a problem... Maybe she was having a horrible night?

If you were rude, then expect people to be rude in return, however, if you were nice then a agree with your choice to not return. I would say it this way "can you please dump this into a sugar cone for me, because a waffle cone is not what I wanted?". Just saying "this is wrong" is rude. I don't know what transpired, but I have not had the issue you described at that little ice cream joint. I have been there many times.

Don't know the lady you're talking about really haven't had a problem from anybody over there if there is 10 different employees I'm assuming that one of them probably would be a pain. I guess it's just the luck of the draw

This is absolutely not the norm. I have asked employees to do one over and they have always been great. I hope you wont let that bad experience ruin this for you. That would be a shame. Also, I hope you spoke with a manager.
