Do you have hearing impaired things?. Like closed caption and or ear phones to help hear the movie better? No waiting in line for people unable to wait in line? Hadley mass ciemark theaters.

There is CC available. They're called Capti-views, it's a personal captioning device. You get them from the box office same as the head phones (the head phones also have the option for visual narration for those who are visibly impaired). The lines are an unfortunate deterrent but if you ask for one at the time of your ticket purchase, even if your show is hours later the box office attendant will put one aside for you, and set it up for your theater. All you have to do is walk up on the side of the line and get their attention, it will take then a few seconds to hand it off to you and you're off to your movie and the line can proceed.

They have ear phones, but no CC. I don't think there's a way around the lines.
