How many others have been screwed over by their policies and lack of being able to keep track of personal information?

Yep...Hospitalised with Ulcerative Colitis. Was assigned specialist but wasn't told she was out of network and I would have to keep up with extra paperwork due to this. After a couple of years my specialist drops me because they didn't recieve payment for previous visit. I call my primary for help but he has left the practice. Now I have NO PRIMARY NO SPECIALIST NO PRESCRIPTIONS TOTAL FLARE UP IN CONSTANT AGONY. THEY MADE ME GET THIS FREE INSURANCE BUT NOW I OWE MONEY ????

Paying through the teeth and always make my payment on time. No fail . . . everything gets denied and I spend hours on the phone EVERY month.
