I used digital coupons at DG and they got them off my phone
Download the DG app and set up an account. Then just type the phone number you use to set up your acct into the pin pad at DG before paying. They do not scan them from your phone. You use your phone number that is linked to your dg app. You also must add the coupons that you want to use to your "my coupons" before you check out. I would suggest doing that part at home before you actually go to the store
They should be able to scan them from your phone, I think.
