Why is sonic service so crappie,they never present a receipt,and always charge more money c than on the screen

Because the management is very poor there and only certain people make your food correct

This one anyway. I've been to others and got such good service, I tipped them. Not there. But to answer your question, why are they that way...its because management doesn't care.
