Yes you get up to $500 over your next 4 visits. They spread each specific visit date a week apart from each. I lost $160 so they gave me $40 over 4 trips ( 1 per week) I am going now to use my $40 free as we speak
That information was in the welcome booklet that had coupons inside. It stated something like if you get so many points on your winnings then you take that coupon and bring it to the service booth and they put credit on your card. I believe it was only for the first day. Me and my girls went and each customer service rep explained it differently.
