Yes if you are an elite member they are free! if I am and never had a problem overall.
Good luck trying to order one ...short on staff ...won't be back to dark and lacks an upbeat environment. Would rather go to Encore.
Soft drinks and coffee are free but alcoholic drinks are NOT!
There's usually only one server, two at the most so you have to look for one and the alcohol drinks are not free.
