We pass out Rosaries if they ask for them but we do not pass them out to everyone
The Cathedral does pass out sack lunches consisting of a bologna & cheese sandwich, a cookie, and a piece of fruit like an apple or a banana. I am not sure if they pass out Rosary beads, however they always seem to have plenty available in the undercroft during RCIA classes.
