K N has the right idea. The Pastor of any Parish would always welcome feedback on his staff, positive or negative. If you contact the Diocese, they will most likely instruct you to do the same thing.
It sounds like you visited St Mary School in Lancaster, OH? You should definitely speak with the pastor there (at the parish) or the school principal (at the school) and share your experience with them, I'm sure they would want to know. The Columbus Diocese is a separate organization and the churches/schools have their own staff so going directly to the pastor will ensure your concerns are heard, I am certain they will want to know so they can address this.
Ouch. Some people working for the Church don't necessarily have Christ in their hearts. I'm sorry about that.
