Always very clean to me. I eat there all the time and have never seen anything inappropriate. Also they just put in beautiful new floors and other upgrades! I highly recommend Richard's restaurant!
Could be several small infractions or a combination of inside or even the parking lot. Could be a towel in the wrong place or temperature of coolers. You can always ask to see the report as it should be posted. Just know it could be small infractions that add up to a misleading score. So just check it out for yourself. They are good folks and work hard...
This is family not sure why the eating but don't worry clean in back and front. Richard's is a great place.
Those scores can fluctuate weekly.
Been eating there for years. Somebody might have had a drink in cooking area or something small.
Someone was having a bad day & nitpicking, would be my guess. It's always good & the kitchen looks clean as well.
