Do they use meat fat in their veggies?

Yes they do use meat fat in there vegtables, That's how you get that wonderful southern taste

Not certain, but it sure tastes like it. They also have some great burgers and breakfast.

I would assume with southern cooking its fatback or bacon flavoring things like green beans or collard greens. Also real butter may be used in things like corn and mashed potatoes. I can not tell you for certain if these are used or not since I haven't asked the cook or waiter this, its just a guess based on normal southern cooking. You may want to call the place if it's a dietary restriction you have.
