I saw someone was running with dog, but not sure if they allowed.
Just visited..It seems dogs are allowed on the paths unless marked otherwise. Dogs are not allowed on the dam, stairs, or fountain areas
I see people with dogs but I dont know if it's allowed or if they really care.
