Will they accept you if you're early for your delivery appointment? In my case I would be asking if I could arrive 1 day early. Thanks in advance for your help.

Delivering water from Poland Springs. My CSR was to let me know yesterday, and after asking her 3 times and not getting a response, I decided not to take the chance. My dilemma now is my appointment is scheduled for 9:30am today and unfortunately my 10 hour break won't be completed and I'm going to be late. I tried explaining this to my DM that my pick up was 6pm yesterday, plus it was 7hrs and 40mins to reach my destination, plus doing my 10 wouldn't have allowed me to get to my scheduled appointment either way. So now I'm waiting for an answer as to whether or not they'll take me today as I'm going to be approximately 1.5hrs late, that's not factoring in this wonderful weather here in Connecticut!
