No, quite the opposite. From my prior inquiries, they are breeders. Many cross two toy breeds to make them really small like chiweenie. While all if my dogs are rescues, I cannot dispute the cuteness of most all of the digs they offer. I don't quite understand the diamond component though.
They sell jewelry. That's the diamond part. I purchased a pomeranian last summer. He turned out great.
