Yes, but and it is free. However tipping is recommended. It is a van typically that can transfer about 11 people.

Yes they do have a shuttle to the airport and it's only about a 10 minute ride over.

To airport, yes. I recommend a shared shuttle to POM. Look for QLS, MJS or other shuttle companies.
